Empathy and Perceptions of Children's Education (my Master's Thesis)
My graduate thesis containing a review of the current scientific understanding of empathy, a description of the evolution of child rearing in the western societies, and an exploration of the features of public schooling which are likely to be distressing to children, among other things. Additionally, this paper describes a study I conducted exploring the relationship between people's empathy towards children and their attitudes towards two different approaches to children's education.
